Dear Reader,
Quickie here. The API for www.alexadex.com changed. (Thanks Colin, you rock) So here’s the update to keep things in sync.
The interface now tells us when the price last changed. I’ll update the plug in to incorporate that info this weekend.
TarBall and Zip file are available on the project page.
Until next time,

24|Feb|2006 1Is the Alexadex API documented?
What I want in a blog plugin is the ability to show my portfolio’s current value. I could screenscrape it, but if an API exists, that would obviously be better.

25|Feb|2006 2Luke,
I’m working on that. You can see the beginning of it at : http://blog.calevans.com/web-20-index-funds/ I’m just suffering through the UI to add stocks to the fund, etc. I’ve got the database structure down as well as the output. Get the UI and the cron piece done and I’ll release.
