Yes, you can use modazzle.com you access some of your linkedin features but to date, they have not released an API that I can use to access *my* data stored on their system.  Only being able to use my data in ways that they feel are important makes LinkedIn much less useful to me. I wish they would concentrate less on features like profile pictures and questions and more on things like an API.
