One point I'll add: we found that the Google sitemap plugin was a little problematic. Site wasn't getting fully indexed. So we eliminated it and actually are getting much better results without it. Not exactly sure why, but within 2 weeks of eliminating it, the number of pages being indexed jumped. Maybe we didn't have it configured properly -- not sure .... This is excellent advice, Cal.

One point I’ll add: we found that the Google sitemap plugin was a little problematic. Site wasn’t getting fully indexed. So we eliminated it and actually are getting much better results without it.
