Dear Reader,

If you’ve not sent your love a flower, a card, some chocolate or some silly whatnot, what are you waiting for? Here is a simple and dirt cheap idea.

Go to Target and buy a simple, card. It doesn’t have to be fancy but it does need to be blank inside. Then sit down, spend 5 minutes and write a simple love poem. If you can’t write poetry (and I contend that if I can do it, any man can) then just write what comes to your mind when you see your lover. As long as it’s from the heart, and doesn’t sound like Larry the Cable Guy wrote it, she will appreciate it.If you just can’t get started, visit my poetry site and steal one of mine. Feel free to modify it to make it your own.

Now, go find her and give it to her. Bonus points if you take time off from work and take it to her at work or at school! (Seriously, make her feel special in front of her friends, I guarantee she will love that!)
